Ms Jane McPhail is a Consultant Burns and Plastic Surgery Prosthetist is also the Managing Director of Prosthetic Innovations Ltd. She has worked for many years, both privately and within the NHS. Jane holds full membership of The Institute of Maxillofacial Prosthetists and Technologists (IMPT) and affiliate membership of British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS).
Jane has experience in the design and manufacture of bespoke prosthetics, with training and teaching models, instrumental in the way Plastic Surgery techniques have been taught to Junior Doctors. Jane has also provided international surgical training for all levels of clinical and medical staff. Her core work involved the rehabilitation of patients who lost parts of their face and body due to trauma, malignancy, or congenital anomalies.
Jane has extensive experience working in this highly specialised area and understands that and losing part of the face or body can have a devastating effect on the life of a patient.

Jane McPhail has many years’ experience as an Expert Witness since 2000 and has undergone Bond Solon medical legal training in Personal Injury. All reports are compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35.
